In this lecture Ms Nousias will represent us the story of a significant actor and director that eventually decided to explore even more fields as the one of international gastronomy. Ms Nousias is vegetarian and co-founder of Baba Ghanoush, a Falafel shop in the area of Pangrati in the Ancient Street of Empedokleous. He will explain to us the key of success that led him to “host'' multicultural shades from around the world in the neighborhood of Pangrati.
