Monica Bucurenciu holds a Master of Science in Comparative Social Policy from Oxford University and has over 10 years of experience in working with civil society actors in Eastern Europe, the Southern Caucasus and the Western Balkans. For the past seven years she has been working for the European Commission on international cooperation, managing a variety of multi-country programmes.
